Tami Skinner grew up in St. Peter and serves as the Saint Peter Community & Family Education Director for the Saint Peter Public Schools District. At an early age, she became interested in history, and some of her favorite childhood vacations included visits to historical museums and sites. Tami and her husband, Jeff, have strived to provide similar experiences in their children’s lives. She believes that preserving and finding meaningful ways to share history is vital to the community. She has worked with Nicollet County Historical Society for many years to cohost the monthly documentary film series and has previously served on the board. NCHS is a huge asset to the county, and she is excited to be a part of the important work of the society.
