Inspiration has always been at the heart of Marian Anderson’s work. Growing up in the woods and marshes of Nicollet County set in place a lifelong love of nature, and it was the natural world that fueled her creativity in adulthood. A self-taught and self-published artist with no formal training, Marian’s legacy continues to live on in her art and the inspiration it brings about in fellow artistic souls.
